The contestant named on this official online state application must reside or go to school in the state where she competes, and she must participate in her correct age group. Contestant must not be married, never been married, nor had a child. Contestant may only participate in one National American Miss state pageant within a calendar year. Neither the contestant, nor any of her immediate family members, are employed by BlackFox Productions, Inc., Spirit Productions, Inc., or National American Miss. In consideration of being accepted as a contestant in the state pageant, we the parents and/or guardians of the contestant named on this online official state application, do hereby release BlackFox Productions, Inc., Spirit Productions, Inc., National American Miss, its staff, directors, subsidiaries, parent companies, assigns, employees and servants, from any and all claims and damages directly or indirectly resulting from named contestant participating in the National American Miss events; and we give permission to BlackFox Productions, Inc., Spirit Productions, Inc., and National American Miss to use the contestant's photographs, electronic media, speeches, testimonials, videos, etc., for publicity purposes and future material. It is agreed and understood that any scholarships, prizes or college allowances which are part of the state and national programs are provided by the named school, agency, business, individual, or college and the amount or value of such scholarships, prizes or college allowances are determined by thesschool, agency, business, individual, or college. BlackFox Productions, Inc., Spirit Productions, Inc. and National American Miss shall have no liability in regard to such grants, prizes or scholarships. It is understood that all fees are non-refundable without exception.

National American Miss is a scholarship pageant system offering opportunities for young women across the country to gain confidence, meet new friends, and make memories with their family. National American Miss practices responsible marketing through its carefully monitored procedures. In addition to traditional communications medium, the company uses email to convey information about the event to families.
We respect our customers' time and attention by controlling the frequency of mailings to individual email addresses.

Why did you receive an email from our system?
If you received an email from us, it is because at some point you registered for one of our programs, requested information from us, or opted in to one of our promotional partners to receive information about programs such as ours. How do I get off an email list?
Each email sent through our system contains a link that allows subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving emails from the sender. Each email sent contains an easy and automated way for you to unsubscribe. You may also change your expressed interests at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe or change your interests, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of our email.
Will your email address ever be shared, sold or rented?
We will never share, sell, or rent your email address without your advance permission, unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees responsible for managing this data.
